Our goal here is to enhance socio-economic services and participatory development in our communities, so as to alleviate poverty, through the
promotion of self-employment initiatives, environmental conservation / protection and sustainable management of our forests.
CAJAD mobilizes local communities to acquaint them with the concept and practice of participatory development, and to help them
identify and prioritize their development needs, source for funds, implement, monitor and evaluate their community projects.
CAJAD equally creates and builds the capacities of development committees in local communities, to enable them take initiatives and champion development drives in the communities.
CAJAD works with local populations to create and animate housing cooperatives, intended to promote social housing schemes among the low/average-income earners, so as to
enable them to own houses an reside in environments that meet basic acceptable standards.
